Between Carnac and Lorient, private individual rents new Villa (2013) designed by architect of 170 m2 with view and sea access at 100 m.
This villa benefits from a large terrace, a secure and heated swimming pool (alarm and solar cover) and a 700m2 garden.
All rooms have a sea view: living room with open kitchen of 50m2, 3 master bedrooms with double beds and 1 large bedroom of 30 m2 for children with 3 pull-out beds. 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, ..

We (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) enjoyed every day of our two weeks' stay in this house. The beds are extraordinary good and also all other equipment in the house is very well maintained, including the pool outside. We loved to walk just across the field to take out our SUP during high tide and searched for clams and crabs during low tide. We also visited several beaches (just a few kilometers by car), which are perfect for kids (and dogs, as on most beaches around Plouhinec you are allowed to take your dog to the beach on a leash, also during summer weeks). Majorie was at all times very helpful and responsive and introduced us to some "specialty drinks". Special thx to her. One very minor thing: Plates, cutlery and other kitchen stuff would have to be checked between guests, they were not really clean. This house is just as great as the pictures promise! A very relaxing holiday in an extremely calm environment - we can only recommend!

Fantastische locatie met prachtig uitzicht het water. Alleen jammer dat we het zwembadwater niet warmer kregen dan 23,5°C, wat toch wat te fris is om tijdens een zomerse dag in te gaan. De kindjes van 5 en 6 hadden het daardoor snel koud.

Maison bien située, au calme avec un jolie vue sur la petite mer de Gavres. Grande plage accessible en voiture et pas mal d’activités aux alentours. La maison est fonctionnelle et agréable pour 2 familles. Le seul point négatif était la propreté laissant à désirer, et la maison qui est un peu trop encombrée, notamment la cuisine et l’arrière cuisine (ce qui joue très certainement sur la capacité à faire le ménage à fond…) Piscine plus petite que l’impression qu’on s’en fait sur les photos.

Das Haus war halbherzig gesäubert (z.B. Toiletten hatten wir nach gereinigt) obwohl wir stolze 150€ für die Reinigung bezahlten. Weiterhin ist der Wartungszustand mangelhaft. Die schönen Fotos im FeWo Internet sind schon viele Jahre alt. Die Liegestühle sind schon so stark verrostet, dass die Gelenke gebrochen sind. Der Boden ist so ekelhaft verwittert und voller Vogelkot, dass man nicht darauf barfuß laufen will. Die weißen Polster sind verdreckt und von Schimmel befallen. Die Box beim Pool ist defekt, undicht und voll mit Gerümpel unter vielen Spinnweben. Deswegen haben wir die Terrasse und Pool nur sehr selten benutzt. Der Grill war so verdreckt, dass wir ihn nicht nutzten. Die Kaffeemaschine ist undicht und verkalkt. Eine verkalkte Duscharmatur gibt kein kaltes, sondern nur heißes Wasser. Es gab noch viel mehr Mängeln und die drückten die Stimmung. Das Unangenehmste war aber die Konflikte mit dem Besitzer und der Kontaktperson vor Ort. Uns wurde unterstellt wir hätten das Pool sabotiert. Mit solchen absurden Beschuldigungen mussten wir uns auseinandersetzen. Wir wurden als Lügner bezeichnet. Glücklicherweise hatten wir gleich bei der Ankunft Fotos gemacht und konnten damit unsere Unschuld beweisen. Nach der Abreise wurde uns unterstellt, wir hätten das Pool überchlort. Tatsächlich war der pH-Wert die ganze Zeit zu tief und baten um Justierung, was nie passierte. Der Besitzer lebt 6 Zeitzonen weit weg, spricht nicht englisch und lehnte faktenbasierte Kritik ab.

Annonce non conforme (pas de commerces à 200 mètres comme indiqué), l’entrée de la maison laisse à désirer, le niveau de propreté ne vaut certainement pas le prix demandé, et cerise sur le gâteau : l’eau de la piscine était vert fluo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Riantec avec magnifique vue sur la mer de Gâvres. La maison est propre, confortable, dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Elle est bien chauffée. L'accueil de Marjorie est tout simplement parfait. Elle est attentionnée, agréable et disponible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est grande, fonctionnelle, bien décorée. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles et appareils ménagers permettant la réalisation des plats. La piscine est agréable, sa plage est propice au farniente L’accueil a été chaleureux et personne très disponible. Je pense que nous reviendrons !

Superbe grande maison moderne, avec magnifique vue sur bras de mer, très bien entretenue, bien conçue et bien pensée. On s'y sent comme à la maison! Gérante de la maison extrêmement gentille et efficace en cas de besoin. Prévoir un peu de marche pour les 1ers commerces aux environs ou des vélos (superbe région à visiter). Supermarchés à 5-10min en voiture. Je recommande vraiment!

Ein geräumiges, modernes Haus mit allem, was für einen entspannten Urlaub notwendig ist. Herrliche Ruhe und ein ungetrübter Blick in die Natur. Guter technischer Standard, Rollos und Poolabdeckung elektrisch. Der Pool ist nur geringfügig einsehbar. Empfehlung: Zufahrt vorher auf google earth ansehen, dann ist es kein Problem.

Superbe maison où on se sent comme à la maison avec une vue sur la mer et les chevaux. La maison est bien équipée et bien pensée, les chambres spacieuses et la pièce de vie est très agréable. J'espère y revenir.
