The ground floor has 1 veranda, 1 living room / lounge open to fitted kitchen (kettle, traditional coffee maker, oven, toaster, washing machine, fridge / freezer, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher), 1 WC, 1 bathroom. the first floor offers 1 bedroom with 1 90 x 190 bed and 1 140 x 190 bed on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 WC

Pour les points positifs : La maison est situĂ©e dans une rue trĂšs calme avec trĂšs peu de passage de vĂ©hicules, et dotĂ©e d'un grand jardin sur lequel donne la vĂ©randa ce qui est bien agrĂ©able. Il y a un abri ouvert dans le jardin qui permet de mettre des vĂ©los au sec. Une grande chambre avec lit de 160 cm, et des WC au RDC et Ă  l'Ă©tage. Points Ă  revoir : La literie est inconfortable (matelas Ă  ressorts ) et on les sent bien ces ressorts... Odeurs persistantes d'humiditĂ© et de renfermĂ©. Vaisselle un peu minimaliste et poĂȘles en mauvais Ă©tat. Salle de bains "baignoire" : absence de paroi ou de rideau Ă©vitant les projections d'eau et carrelage glissant. dĂ©co moyenne Ces points sont Ă  revoir mais n'ont pas empĂȘchĂ© le bon dĂ©roulement de nos vacances, puisque nous Ă©tions assez peu Ă  la maison ; les points les plus nĂ©gatifs pour nous Ă©tant une mauvaise literie qui nuit Ă  la qualitĂ© du sommeil et au repos recherchĂ© en pĂ©riode de vacances, et les odeurs d'humiditĂ© et de renfermĂ© auxquelles nous sommes sensibles. Avec quelques amĂ©liorations la maison sera agrĂ©able.

Équipement du logement laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer : barbecue rouillĂ©, inutilisable, machine Ă  laver ne fonctionne pas, une seule poĂȘle permettant de cuisiner pour 4 personnes, ustensiles en bois moisis, aspirateur tenant avec du scotch. Les fenĂȘtres ne ferment pas totalement, la porte tient avec une cale sinon elle claque... Aucun Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e ou de sortie, pas d'explications pour les poubelles. Je ne recommande pas ce logement et n'y retournerai pas
