"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"Beautiful new property! Stayed for 2 nights in mid September and had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful providing dining options in a near by town and checked in via WhatsApp to ensure our stay was running smoothly. The property is very well decorated and all linen and towels are plush and luxurious. We added on the breakfast for both mornings and were very pleased. "The hotel isn't manned and 2.5km out of town. If you're walking Camino, its not in a good location. If you're driving, its good and the view is nice. The dogs are noisy next door and church bells (opposite) are both late and early. The hotel is reasonably new and beds comfortable. My shutter didn't go all the way down which let light in. I had issues with communication twice, no reply."

"The Luna Arcos hotel is perfectly located near the centre of the village, which you reach via one of the delightful pedestrian bridges across the river. The hotel has plenty of parking and the check in was welcoming and very efficient. Our double room was spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. It also had a small balcony with table and chairs, which was nice. Breakfast takes the form of a buffet with a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals etc. There’s also hot food and whereas I enjoyed the bacon, sausage tomato etc, I have to say that the eggs were a bit hit and miss. For some reason on the first two mornings the egg dishes were not refreshed and were pretty awful. On our final morning however we had freshly cooked fried eggs and nicely cooked scrambled eggs - so all is forgiven. In short, this is an excellent hotel, in every way, and represents excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back."

"The staff was great every one of them. Breakfast was probably the best European style breakfast I ever had, with ala carte choices included. The building is a remodeled manor originally all stone. The new owner and the architects did a wonderful job restoring and modernizing the venue. The pool and spa are was nice as well and unexpected. Again, staff was great."
