"If clean is important to you stay here. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Communication with host was great. I have nothing negative to say about this property."

"We checked in Friday afternoon. Put our luggage in the room and went to meet family members for dinner. When we got back to the room, we checked out the room and found a couple issues that we did not like. The smoke alarm kept beeping and the floor outside of the bathroom was very slippery, from some unknown substance. A few minutes later, my wife got ready for bed. As she sat on the bed, she felt something bite her on the back of her leg. When she got up, there were bed bugs where she was sitting. I informed the front desk staff and requested a room change. The staff advised me that they were completely booked out for the weekend. We checked out right away and requested a refund. "

"Never cleaned the room.. I had a handicap accessible room some I recently broke my hip and they put me on the 4th floor with no elevator. The doors don’t work. I could go for days about how bad this spot was!"

"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"Not as close to Mayo Clinic as we expected. Host made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Only complaint is The car park area is under a sprinkler that leaves stains on the car and requires guests to walk through the dirt to access the pleasant little dwelling."
