Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin! Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, we arranged the time of 9.00AM via text message. When we went down there were no clean tables to sit at so we waited for the staff member to speak to us. They did not! She practically yelled 'can i help you'? to which I answered yes. We had come for breakfast, to be told gruffly - no dogs allowed there is another room to sit in. We were not shown the room. We found it ourselves, dirty and barren! No table laid for us, nothing. The woman (staff member) was so rude another guest came to help us by explaining what to do. Breakfast itself was extremely poor too - therefore we ate nothing. We did not go for breakfast the next day - we packed, paid (reluctantly) and left. We left their sign on our door asking for clean towels as one of the towels was soaked and there was no space to dry them. This was completely ignored despite the room next door being cleaned when we left. Therefore, we had no clean dry towels to use for day two! Awful service. This is the first time where I have felt strongly enough to leave a poor review. There was no bar or restaurant as advertised. Poor poor showing Den Gamle Arrest.

Indtjekning sker i en restaurant midt på gågaden, ingen p muligheder. Der er ingen parkeringsmuligheder nær hotellet. Hele hotellet trænger til istandsættelse og grundig rengøring. Personalet er venlige

Pris og standard passer ikke sammen. Kort sagt for dyrt i forhold til det man får. Beliggenheden ved Domkirken er absolut det bedste ved Arresten. Værelset har tydeligvis været vanskeligt at indrette og det er også vanskeligt at bebo. Der er meget småt med plads og ikke mindst et mikroskopisk og meget upraktisk badeværelse er en udfordring. Personalet er ikke venligt og morgenmaden er af ringe kvalitet.

God frukost; ost och färsk frukt. Jättegott bröd. Rummet litet och trångt (en gammal fängelse cell) Att duscha var en utmaning; konsten att inte blöta ner hela rummet lärde man sig . Läget perfekt mitt i Gamla stan.

Der skulle være sendt en mail med info om hvordan jeg kom ind på hotellet, fik jeg aldrig. Telefon nummer på døren henviste til at jeg kunne sende en mail. Da jeg fandt ud af hvor jeg kunne tjekke ind viste det sig at jeg skulle gå halvejs ud af byen til en kælder cafe og derefter tilbage igen. Værelset - ja det var en arrest, men der kunne nu godt have været ordentligt rent, klare oplysninger om internet mm. Morgenmad på stedet en meget sød og behagelig betjening, en god morgen buffet.

Helt ok hotell. Lite förvirrande att man checkar in på ett annat ställe och sen får gå vidare till arresten på annat ställe. Rena och sköna sängar, men ”gammal” doft i rummet. ( inte så konstigt kanske). Toalett som delas med andra var ren. Ska ni ta med djur, som det står är välkomna, så tillkommer en avgift på 250 DKR. Det stod dock inget i bokningen att extra avgift tillkom. Frukosten helt ok med frallor, gott pålägg, bacon, äggröra och korv. Kaffe, te och juice. Müsli och yoghurt. Jättesnäll frukostvärd! Miljön inne på hotellet hade kunnat gå lite mer ”all in” på arrest-temat. Allt var verkligen OK.

貴重な監獄ホテル

牢屋を宿泊室にしてる重要な文化財ホテル。バス（シャワー）・トイレ付きを選択したが換気が悪くてタオルが乾かない。換気扇の騒音は耳栓で対処。湯温が一定しない。Wi-Fiは時々遅くなる。無料朝食は簡素ですがそこそこ美味しいです。 「チェックインは他所にて」とのメールが来たので送られてきた（大雑把な）地図の指定場所に行ったら婦人服店で、『チェックインは下の階の食堂である』と簡潔にご教示。間違う人が多いらしい。なお近々大改修で1年間休業するとのことです

Sjovt overnatningssted for én nat

Jeg har i lang tid ønsket at bo her, og det var også sjovt og en anderledes oplevelse. Jeg går normalt udenom steder med delt badeværelse, men dette sted skulle prøves. Man kan ikke bo mere centralt i det hyggelige centrum, hvor der er mange spisesteder. Morgenmaden var god.

Gut gelegen und günstig, aber nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage ist hervorragend, aber ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das kleine Zimmer mit der alten Zellentür wirkt bedrückend und klaustrophobisch. Die sanitären Installationen müssten erneuert werden. Es waren nur selten Ansprechpartner:innen vor Ort.
