However, it is quite an old and not updated property, so just be mindful that there are no air conditioning or fans in the hot weather, so it can get a bit stuffy. Also be wary that any food left on the counter will immediately attract ants. It was still worth the price and location, but it is an old house, and comes with the associated issues. "

"Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel. Le déjeuner est vraiment super, avec beaucoup de choix. La terrasse sur le toit est très jolie et les chambres très bien, avec leur petit balcon donnant sur le port. Chaque soir, un employé passe par notre chambre pour voir si on a besoin de quelque chose. Vraiment très attentionné ! Eau et jus laissés à la chambre chaque jour: très pratique."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking ticket for next morning, very convenient. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Azores."
