Um hotel simples para viagens rápidas mas muito rico em atendimento, na limpeza e educação dos funcionários. O João da cozinha foi muito atencioso, me referi a minha intolerância à lactose e ele prontamente me atendeu.

Atendimento cortês, cama boa ,no entanto quarto aparentemente sem limpar ( havia sachês de xampu usado no banheiro) , além de apenas água fria e gelada do chuveiro! A TV não ligou! Longe de merecer elogios a este hotel! Aconselho gastar um pouco mais, por um hotel mais bem qualificado.

Nossa experiência não foi agradável. Ao fazermos o check in, e entrarmos ao quarto notamos que não havia toalha e cobertores disponíveis. Desci até a recepção e solicitamos as toalhas e cobertores e saimos. No retorno, chegamos ao quarto e nao haviam trazido as toalhas e cobertores, desci novamente à recepcao do hotel, e a informação que tinha é que nao tinha toalha, e nos entregou uma umida e aparentemente suja. O chuveiro não é bom. Pouca agua e nao esquenta o suficiente. No entanto, a equipe de funcionários, sempre muito solicito e pronto ajudar, mas sem os recursos necessarios para a melhor experiencia do hospede.

Péssimo! Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei. A privada estava com problema, não funcionava de jeito nenhum. E não resolveram o problema. Ficamos dois dias com a privada sem funcionar. Não nos realocaram em outro quarto. A porta estava com problemas na fechadura. Não trancava. Péssimas opções para criança na alimentação. Não há menu kids. E no final, já a caminho de casa, me mandaram mensagem cobrando o que tinha consumido, sendo que já havia acertado tudo no checkout. Uma bagunça, só dor de cabeça. Não recomendo. O barato sai caro, sempre!

Bom custo beneficio

O hotel tem bom custo benefício. Fui pra fazer uma prova e estudar. Só achei que eles podiam ser flexíveis no check-out já que eu cheguei só na madrugada após a primeira diária mas mesmo assim quiseram cobrar meia diária. Na próxima vou escolher outro hotel.

Para um hotel econômico considero excelente - passei uma noite e fui muito bem atendido pela recepção. Quarto com ar silencioso, colchão conforto razoável. O que incomodou foi a luminária do hotel ficar bem na janela do quarto entrando claridade pelas frestas da cortina. Café razoável, poderia melhorar o frescor dos alimentos

Nas fotos parece bem melhor, mas os colchões são pessimos , molengas e barulhentos . O andar que eu estava fedia muito. Tv muito pequena com fios soltos e canal chiando, controle ruim pra mudar. Café da manhã pessimo , bolo duro , não fazia reposição, mal tinha fruta , suco ruim. Eu entendo que seja categoria econômica, mas já fui em outro com mais capricho.
