Primeira vez em um Ibis Budget e me surpreendi. Café da mamhã muito bom. Quarto e banheiro compactos mas funcionais, box para banho de bom tamanho. Somente a cama junto à parede é inconveniente, mas para uma noite apenas atende bem. Boa localização para quem está em trânsito. Ficamos no apto 758 e a cama apesar de confortável estava com muito rangido, inclusive registrei na recepção para verificarem. De resto tudo ok.

A estadia transcorreu tranquila, a acomodação foi adequada para nossas necessidades, na ocasião. Apenas acho desnecessário acesso aos quartos apenas com o cartão magnético, principalmente para usar o elevador. Se não tivermos o cartão de entrada em mãos, não podemos usá-lo. Além disso, o cartão perde a magnetização com frequência

quartos mal cuidados, camas barulhentas e porta de vidro do banheiro solta. Falta de atenção pela equipe da limpeza e não repor sabonete. Falta de shampoo (no minimo avisar que não teria). Toalhas parecendo lixas e papel higienico péssimo.

Considere que é o Budget é realmente Budget! Não tem shampoo no banheiro, a agua do chuveiro não esquenta direito. Lençol com uma parte suja, cortina suja e encontrei duas baratas na estadia, uma no corredor dos elevadores e uma no quarto. O atendimento é bom, mas parece que não tem funcionário quando você precisa encontrar um (para comprar uma comida ou no café da manhã). Não acho que a pouca diferença de preço valha a pena. Infelizmente não encontrei o padrão de atendimento que esperava
