"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"From my first contact with the owner, Carles, I knew this would be a great stay. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze, and the flat was clean, tidy and modern. The beds were comfortable, and many things were available, like coffee pods, salt, kitchen roll, etc. The only thing to be aware of is that the flat is on the second floor (European second floor, so American third floor) with no lift. "Hemos pasado un par de días en la casa y no pudimos estar más a gusto. La Encarna ha estado muy atenta, mostrandonos el eterno, trayendo verduras del huerto, infusión para ayudarme a dormir (nada que ver con la casa), y flexible con nuestros horarios. La casa es preciosa, limpia y cómoda. El jardín cerrado ideal para estar con nuestros perros sin riesgo que se escapen. La piscina un gozo y las estrellas alucinantes.
