"Personal muy amable, con muchas explicaciones. Desayuno correcto, aunque los embutidos podian ser de algo mas de calidad. Habitacion amplia. Faltaba un armario, un perchero no es suficiente. La habitacion permite un armario con espejo ya que el unico espejo es el del baño. Baño con un extractor que se pone en marcha con la luz y hace un ruido (zumbido) muy molesto. "Excellent, friendly staff. I couldn't get over the size of the room - particularly compared to the room I stayed in (briefly) in Salamanca. I should stay that there are building works going on at present designed to enhance the entrance to the hotel. Everything was clearly signposted and did not interrupt my stay. The hotel is already very spacious so I can't imagine what it will be like the works have been completed. The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city, the tapas bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to as the river will be your guide."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine."

"We were given a second floor room that overlooks Plaza Mayor. It was fantastic. The staff at check-in were helpful, clear, and got us in a bit early. We utilized the hotel parking (they will valet for you and bring your car around per your request—which you can schedule if you’d like). The property is “nostalgic.” If you’re looking for modern “IKEA showroom,” look elsewhere. The room has a classic feel, but is comfortable. We had a double (two twins) and in addition to the table and a chair, the room had a wider lounge chair (Queen Anne style). The bathroom was 100% modern. Rain shower head, commode, bidet, and toiletries all provided. Towels were large and very absorbent. Elevator to the floor was small, as is common in older buildings, but fine for the use. The only time we saw other guests was at check-in and check out. This was my fourth stay in Segovia, and aside from living here, my most comfortable. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chance of rebooking: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma

"We had good hopes of this hotel, the reviews are pretty mixed up, So here's my personal take on a two day booking experience, first thing we did at check in was reserve the so called underground "natural" thermal water pool / SPA, to my surprise it was just a pool under the premises with lots of water jets and cascades for body massage, in company of about 10 to 15 people at a time with a strong smell of chlorine. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was really disappointed with the food, we ordered the best to dishes recommend by our waiter and it was almost inedible. The AC in the room was not working right and got really Hot at night & the bed was incredibly Hard, I only got 1 hour of sleep. The next morning we told the front desk about the room being so hot, and they turned the AC ON and it sounded super loud, I have the audio, I guess thats why they didn't turn it on all night. We checked out a day early and they said we couldn't get a refund cause we booked it thru Expaedia. Lastly I want to point out that the hotels premises are beautiful and nicely renovated with Big potential. Is just poorly managed :("
