After travelling 24hrs, and a $140 euro taxi ride from Lamezia airport to Tropea Alla Corte degli dei Air BnB, to our shock my mom would have to climb over 40 stairs to reach our room!!! Not to mention our driver advised us there was no way the beach was as close as in the description. A...

Our Flight left early in the morning, so we asked kindly if a sooner check in is possible. It was, so we checked in at 11:00 am. The rooms were clean the first day, later the rooms were not cleaned for 10 days. Even thou we booked the room stating: daily cleaning. Capovaticano Resort Thalasso Spa

Capovaticano Resort Thalasso Spa

8/10 Good
"Overall, our stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices, but the main restaurant’s menu was limited. I also found the air fresheners in the corridors too strong and unpleasant. Our biggest disappointment was the staff’s attitude. While the reception staff were polite, the restaurant staff and others throughout the resort were neither friendly nor welcoming. Guests are there to relax and enjoy their vacation, and a warm smile and pleasant attitude make all the difference. Unfortunately, genuine hospitality was lacking."
