"Idleyld Lodge, this is a cute mid century rustic lodge, older but comfortable. The owners clearly have done some renovations, but tried to keep it in the period. Beds were comfortable and the spaces were clean and tidy. Great for our one night stay. We were greeted by the owner/ operator who was very friendly and accommodating. We received a lovely welcome snack and bottled waters. She also provided good recommendations for local food in the area. AC and fans were a nice plus, all outlets we used were in working order, as well as the Wi-Fi. "

"Comfortable, clean, quiet, and affordable. Very pleasant staff. Being surrounded by the hills is wonderful. I thought it might be a little sketchy with the Adult Store right across the parking lot, but I was completely mistaken! Everyone from the gas station to our motel neighbor was easy-going. Would stay again! "

"The hotel and room itself was excellent. Very clean with comfy beds. I had a VERY hard time finding parking. That was my only complaint. "

"I grew up in the area but had never had an opportunity to stay here before. Joanne was supper helpful and kind, obviously loves this lodge. Our room (#1) was spacious, and there were food offerings (in addition to our welcome gift of zucchini bread) across the street, and a few places nearby. Although close to the street, we found the rustic appeal of this lodge overwhelmed the noise of the traffic, that depending on where you stay in the lodge you might not hear at all. Will stay here again if given the opportunity. Joanne is the best!!"

"This is our second time renting this wonderful place. The view of the lake is unparalleled which you can see perfectly from the large deck. The house is roomy and very private. The kitchen is stocked well and we also used the traeger grill. We will be back again for sure"
