Very comfortable. Clean. Staff were exceptional. I found my new hotel brand if they're all like it.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was extremely friendly. Even though we arrived at 11pm when most hotel staff is tired and not very talkative the front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly and offered suggestions on what was located around the hotel in case we were hungry. When we checked out the following day the staff was just as friendly. Made sure to ask if my stay was OK and if there was anything they could have done differently being that they only opened a week prior. ...

The room was very comfortable and the desk staff were so very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, a nice variety and the hot food was nice and hot. THe only thing that was a disappointment was that we had a king bed room and there was no fridge in the room. We had perishable food we brought on our trip and had to keep it in the cooler overnight.

Clean and new hotel -- nice staff! Breakfast however ended too early for a Sunday -- 9:30am.

Mountain Lake Lodge was totally charming. they appear to have made a conscious decision to keep the place very well-maintained, but (other than the free wi-fi, for which I did not even need a password) NOT to try to modernize much. Thus, it retains a very old-fashioned charm. No TV in the rooms, no AC (plenty cool with the window open to the fresh night air and the fan on), tennis courts and other outdoor games. House was very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Great space for a large family with room to spread out. We love being beside the beautiful creek.

Nice staff, clean facilities, offer breakfast and coffee in lobby. No complaints overall.

Hinton was an adorable little town, and the bed and breakfast was perfect. The charming home decorated tastefully of the period it was built! Loved it. Quiche was delicious.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property in Hinton.The surrounding neighborhood was older, but interesting. If you bring a dog and take it walking, beware that there are some big menacing dogs behind some inadequate fencing in the area (not talking about the ones right across the street).We stayed in an upstairs unit.
