"This was probably the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival we were sent to a room and when we walked in the smell of urine was overwhelming. We had requested a room switch. The front desk was very understanding and switched our room to the last room on the first floor— right next to the side door. We walked in the room and turned to lock the door to realize the security lock was ripped right off. I was traveling alone with my younger brother and didn’t feel comfortable so...

"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep...
