2/5 - Disappointing
I stayed in Richfield Springs to go to Cooperstown. Don't bother, Book a room in Cooperstown if that's your destination.

The hotel was very clean and I felt safe

Staff was super friendly and the location is beautiful. It is an older property so some uneven floors, but overall clean and welcoming

Spot-on in terms of convenience for this visit, A-1 cleanliness, responsiveness of staffing. Comfort lacking due to my ineptness w/HVAC. Same w/TV-WIFI. Only AAA or AARP discounts would have made the stay more appealing. Guaranteed to stay again --hopefully next year.

This house and the host exceeded our expectations. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. Everything was as stated and the home was very clean. The motel is basic: very clean, quiet, and roomy. It's in a very nice town with few eating choices. Avoid the overpriced Lake Inn with unappetizing, diner-type meals. All we wanted to do was see all theproductions at Glimmerglass Opera, 8.4 miles away
It suked.. I hated it
It is a very small quiet town with some eateries and basics.
economically depressed in the area hotel was located
The reservation was made online last minute and as it turns out I was not aware of the distance involved to visit sites of interest. Not much of anything that I could see in Richfield springs
