Kimball Cottage

  • Discover the best historic Richland home built during the Manhattan Project. This private home boasts 3 bedrooms, one bath, hardwood floors, walk in closets, updated appliances and a fully stocked kitchen,. All new beds and furnishings including a new leather couch and love seat. There is both a ramp entrance and entry stairs for easy access. Enjoy over 50 local wineries within a 30 minute drive, 6 golf courses or the massive Columbia River located 2 miles from this home.

    Guests can access all areas of the home except for the basement which is an unfinished space where I store my landscaping tools.
