"Overall this is a great hotel in a convenient location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit firm for my taste. My biggest complaint is that the room had a strong “perfume” smell probably from some cleaning product and it triggered some allergies for members of my family."

"The room was amazing! Came with everything we were hoping(Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap) and the staff were very eager to replenish for us as we used it all up. The rooms were very clean and well kept. You could tell the building was older as the elevator was not in the newest condition, but that’s being super nit picky. The breakfast was awesome as they had a full sized waffle machine for guests to take turns using. The only complaint I have is that we could hear a dog in a neighbouring room bark...

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Very nicely renovated; staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in request even thought we arrived earlier than planned. Great location for all tourist attractions downtown. Definitely recommend!"
