This cozy home is located just 8 minutes drive from the heart of the museum district of Richmond which is near Scotts Addition, The Fan, restaurants, night life, museums, and Carytown.
The house has 3 bedrooms, cozy, comfortable and quiet perfect for resting and sightseeing. There is a free parking right in front of the house. The neighborhood is very safe, calm, great for hiking, walks, workout with James river just 5 mins away, water front high-end restaurants, bars and shopping malls.
About the space:
Your Private room and bathroom is a part of the 3 bedrooms in our home. The room is located on the first floor. It is beautiful with a fridge, microwave, big French windows, cozy and right next to it is your private bathroom/toilet. It is private for your use only. I do not have pets. Also you book for 1 month and more, you get all amenities (kitchen, living) etc.
Bedroom details:
Your room is furnished with a fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, pillows, closet and hangers for your convenience. It also has a TV with Netflix and other channels for entertainment. There's is an ironing table and iron, hair dryer, sanitizer, air freshner, paper towel and a trash bin for your use.
Bathroom details:
The bathroom is equipped with clean towels, soap, tooth paste, body lotion, paper towel, toilet rolls and sanitizer.
Back yard details:
There is an opened backyard and gym equipmenta for your use.
Wifi:
There is free wifi available with a very high speed. The login information will be provided with your check-in message that will be sent one day before arrival.
Check-in
Your check-in process will be contactless self check-in. You will be provided a code you will use to unlock and lock the door a day before your arrival.
