"Mostly friendly staff. Broken elevatora the whole stay, and almost got stuck in one. Used service elevator the whole which can get pretty busy and full at peak hours. Whirlpool wasn't working when we there. Provided a letter and cookie for all the issues. A simple request for late checkout granted for one hour - I guess it depends who is at front desk. Did not even bother asking why or consider the issued during the stay. For the price- is it not worth it. "

"Located on food street. Lots of choices in Asian food in Richmond. Can hear planes coming in. If located near elevators you can also hear the motor. The worst part is parking. It’s a first come first serve. "

"The main problem was the breakfast I paid for the breakfast buffet for me and my daughter was about $96 but the food was so bad. Almost nothing tasted good - how can you have a buffet breakfast for that much money with barely anything warm and from eggs to porridge bland??? I was so disappointed - the food truly sucks!! The hotel is fine and the location is great but - eat out please. "
