"No hot tub, breakfast was good but food was not hot. TV stopped working twice, had to be moved to another room due to face bowl sink not working, air conditioner not cooling but staff was nice and attentive."

We called front desk, but they said there were no service people that could provide us with more towels. My kids had to use the wet towels my husband and I had already used. That was the only inconvenience and unsatisfactory experience we had. "
