This place is kept impeccable. The staff is friendly I left quality inn in Chester to come here I didn’t care that I lost money. Cleanliness matters to me and so does the service. Their rooms are far beyond expectations.

Good rooms, clean beds. Only complaint was breakfast was never mentioned despite saying there was one and when i went and looked there was only yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. Maybe I missed something?

The $150 Fee For Amenities Is Crazy & Make Them Lose Alot Of Business Then The Room That Was Given Wasn't Clean

Pretty darn sweet!

This stay was very nice, our room was a good fit, I enjoyed all the shelves, hangers and cabinets. Our bathroom was clean. I did need 2 more wash clothes as there were 4 of us staying. Cons: As I picked up a toy from the floor I could small dog. The heat /cool was difficult to get a comfortable setting and the room had a few ants crawling around the countertops.

My room had to be changed because when I went into my room there was toe nail clippings on the floor and trash was never taken out. Pillows and sheets smelled sweaty as if they never changed sheets but just remade the beds. I got my room changed and it was a little cleaner but floors were sticky and there were hair shavings all over bathroom counter. Also old bottles of shampoo that were empty in shower.

The receptionist was attentive and helpful. The room was not ready for us. The bed was not made the floor was not swept. When we told the receptionist that we were not staying there, he promptly processed a refund for our money no questions asked.

We booked this room solely because we needed the freezer for ice packs. I’m not a super picky person after traveling into 3rd world countries, but the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. The area under the shower doors was just plain gross. There was a layer of dust on a lot of flat surfaces. The walls are thin and when a group of people were up at 4:45 they woke us up repeatedly with just walking around and knocking on doors. The people checking us in were nice but I don’t think I would ever stay here again.
