The breakfast wasn’t the best but our room was great. The proximity of the hotel to the Allianz Amphitheater was ideal. We walked to the show. The area was nice. Didn’t feel unsafe once! We will most definitely be coming back to Richmond and staying here again!

The staff was nice and very helpful, especially the young men at the front desk! I spent a week at the hotel and my room was never cleaned 😒. I was asked the first 2 days if I needed anything but after that there was no more communication about cleaning my room or clean towels.
