The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. Bathroom was entirely too small and weird door placement. Property could have been cleaner due to people not cleaning up after their pets. There should penalties for leaving their waste on the ground.

Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was superb. Hot breakfast was very good. Hot coffee, tea, and fresh fruits are plus and were always filled up quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Peacon! He was helping us with great joy and big smiles. Parking was easy and free for us as Hyatt members. We’ll stay here again when we are in Richmond.

Staff was super friendly from the start. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Room was very clean and the towels were so soft. Only thing was there was no microwave in the room and there was people running up and down the halls very late at night. Overall the stay was very nice.
