"Kimi Ora is its own unique eco-resort, and it does it well! Fantastic facilities with multiple pools and saunas to choose from, and despite being fully booked, did not feel overcrowded at any point of the stay. Guests are respectful of the peaceful atmosphere and the location is perfect for a short but satisfying get away. Breakfast is the perfect amount of choice, everything fresh and delicious."

"As a couple of 82 year olds, we arrived to a booked room which we discovered was up 2 flights of steps. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful in checking to see if we could have a room on the ground floor instead. That room was perfect and very much appreciated."

"While the property is well presented and the rooms and housekeeping very good, the same cannot be said about the staff. The front desk reception staff member spent over 10 minutes on a phone call before acknowledging my presence (and another guest checking in at the same time) and providing the room key. The staff in general around the property seem very ambivalent - customer service is certainly not part of their mantra."
