It was an affordable option at a convenient location. It had what i needed for my stay and I would definitely consider staying here again. The only 2 things i was disappointed in was the channel selections on the tv were not the best and there was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator.

Small room but perfect for our 1 night. Comfortable beds, strong AC, good showers. Only downside was the hallway lights were on all night and very bright and the blinds did not cover the window edges, it looked like daylight coming though and lighting up the room just as much as a sunny day.

Staff was wonderful. Otherwise the room smelled terrible, the floor was not clean. There was a tick on the wall, the tenants were very intimidating including highly racist. We did not stay the night.

Kenya and the check-in team were very helpful, friendly, and very customer service oriented at the front desk from check-in to check out. This is a great hotel for the price and located directly across from Richmond International Airport. It books older from the outside, however it is clear that the staff go out of their way to maintain the hotel and keep it updated inside and clean and stocked with what you need for basic stays. The parking lot is clean and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there and would return. Thank you, Motel 6 staff!
