Fantastic flat easy access location in a quiet part of Richmond. Close to Raeward Fresh supermarket, Eddyline Pizzeria & Wine Bar, Sylvan MTB trails, Richmond Aquatic Centre, the great taste cycle trail & the Richmond shopping centre. Approximately a 15 minute drive to Rabbit Island Beach, 15 minute drive to Nelson city & a 40 minute drive to Kaiteriteri & the Abel Tasman!

- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

- This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
