Great location and super clean and comfy. No elevator makes getting luggage up to your room a little difficult but we managed. Tea and cookies in the room was a nice treat. Would stay again!

What a charming hotel, full of character and perfectly located for exploring the local area. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist with parking and offering helpful recommendations for local walks and amenities. Our room was stunning, beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as tea and coffee-making facilities, luxurious bath products, and everything needed for a relaxing stay made all the difference. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really enhanced our experience, and it was clear that guest comfort is a top priority. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Richmond. Lots of local attractions to see including Richmond Castle and Easby Abbey. Great size room and enormous en-suite. On site restaurant serving delicious local food. Staff friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked with a good choice and was a great start to the day. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring Richmond and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Lovely big room, comfortable bed, friendly welcoming staff! Only downside the room was overlooking the market square which made it noisy after pubs closed! Overall pleasant stopover! Will hopefully spend more time exploring Richmond next visit!

This hotel though it has lovely rooms, but is not suitable for any one with mobility issues. The rooms are on the the second floor without lifts. Breakfast was good in quality and choice. Car parking was limited and the spacing tight.

Exceptional charm and the most wonderful staff imaginable. If you want to live your dream of starring in a rom com, stay at this hotel and order a pot of tea in the lounge. The King's Head Hotel is the embodiment of English coziness. We loved it!

Beautiful hotel. We had a lovely one night stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. For our parking we were given one of the hotels permits, which I understand are given out on a first come first served basis.
