Zuerst hat unsere Tochter /Schwiegersohn mit Kinder übernachtet für 3 Nächte und anschliessend ist unsere andere Tochter/Schwiegersohn für eine Nacht im Stellwerk logiert. Wir konnten vorweg ein Bettwäscheset bestellen. Alles hat super geklappt. Auch beim Parkplatz konnten wir hintereinander parken.Am Ostersamstag sind dann 18 Gäste in der schicken Unterkunft zum Feiern eingetroffen. Jedermann war von der aussergewöhnlichen...

"This property has to offer one of the most relaxing holidays you could ever hope for. It is ideally situated for visiting The Black Forest, Switzerland and the Alsace Wine Route. "Goede , hartelijke ontvangst. Huis is prima op orde. Vier slaapkamers, een fijn terras en genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten. De keuken uitrusting is niet heel uitgebreid maar volstaat. WC en badkamer zijn in dezelfde ruimte. Goed om te weten dat de wasmachine gedeeld wordt met Chris, die de kelder bewoont. Dit verliep zeer soepel. Ligging is zeer centraal. Alle steden zijn goed bereikbaar met auto of trein (station op 15 minuten lopen)"

"After many hours on the road, we finally arrived at the "Carathotel Basel/Weil am Rhein" and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was absolutely perfect. We were given a huge, comfortable bed, and everything was clean and well-prepared. We truly can’t fault a single thing and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. "

"This is a great hotel - perfect if being near the main station/transport is important. It’s a very traditional place in terms of decor but everything was immaculate and well looked after - our room was really spacious and even had an exercise bike which we weren’t expecting! The staff were all lovely and super helpful. "

"Very pleasant stay here. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and more than adequate for my needs, though perhaps a little less than I'd expect for the price. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including crêpes, which was nice. Dinner was also of good quality. I enjoyed a massage in the spa, the masseuse was friendly and welcoming, despite a bit of a language barrier. Ideally located for EuroAirport too."

There were just a couple of smaller problems such as empty shampoo bottle in shower and very small beds. Also, the staff is efficient and helpful but not friendly or welcoming. "
