"Probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, spacious, design of the room was very well thought out. Breakfast was amazing, had everything and catered for all diets. Staff were very polite. Due to a problem with air con we were up graded - this was at check in - so didn't even have to go to the original room - it was all sorted before we got there. We would love to come back."

"Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026.
The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning.
Not good value."
