"Safe neighborhood. Hubby went for a walk each morning. The property is clean! You park in the driveway and follow the little cobblestones on the left to get to your private entrance. Owner was kind enough to have the air conditioning already on when we got there so it was very comfortable. It is definitely located in Spring Hill. Close to restaurants and some stores like Walmart. Truthfully, I had thought it was closer to the port, as we had a cruise to get to- but perhaps I didn’t read the description thoroughly enough. That’s on me. The property itself was great and we would definitely stay there again to visit our friends in Brooksville. "
