"The home felt home with plenty of room. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was identical to the listing which is very key to my requirements. The neighborhood was very nice. The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Stayed at this beautiful place for a few days with my family, we were visiting for a wedding. It was an amazing stay, peaceful and quiet. Townhome was just as pictured, nice and clean. And we had a great view of the surrounding area and golf course. My family an I fell in love with the place. Would definitely recommend."

"We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!! Hoping this house will be available again the next time we come to visit!! 🙌 10/10!!!"

"Although we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time on this property, we felt like it was not that clean. We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. We also appreciated that the owner had a Christmas tree in the living...

It is a quiet duplex in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our extended stay and think, with a few improvements, it would be a great rental. Krystyna was always very reachable and responded quickly, both before and during our visit. She knew all the quirks of the appliances and was very accommodating...

"We stayed for a week at the end of December. The house was very nice and updated. The pool was heated which was great because there was some cooler days while we were there. The location to restaurant and grocery stores was nice. The neighborhood was okay but seemed a bit run down but we had no issues with anyone during our stay. Overall 5/5 if looking at staying in the area"

"Very large home, nice decor, pool, grill, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, might want to bring your own toilet paper, only a very small amount was there with single-ply sheets, there was a large hairball on the kitchen countertop, and 2 full bags of trash in the cabinet next to the sink, in other words, housekeepers could have done a better job, otherwise. An excellent stay."

"This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"This place was a great place to stay, we had such a relaxing time and the kids had plenty to do. There were kayaks to use and we went fishing and relaxed by the fire. They even set up a projector outside and they had popcorn and which was a huge hit with the kids. Only con I would say was the camper could have been a little bit cleaner and I would say to bring your own blankets and sheets. Overall, we had a great time and Sandra was so responsive and helpful for whatever we needed."
