"Great location if you want to be close, but not directly in the bustle of Shinjuku. Walking distance (~15 minutes). Loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine and self-serve care products. Best feature of this hotel is the in-room washer/dryer. Saved me during a very hot week."

"Even though there was online check in at reception it was still important to maintain the face-to-face welcome especially as a foreigner. I appreciate the clean room and amenities. I had breakfast on 28th floor and that was an unforgettable experience in the varied choices for breakfast to pick from."
