I was great, the staff wasn’t the best overall in multiple ways but everything else was tip top so I definitely feel like it was worth its price and Im happy

Air conditioning not working well, too hot for my preference. And lousy at the last day.

Everything looked very clean, except for a hair found on the top of my comforter and the carpet looked old. Other than those two things, the stay was excellent. Perfect location in Times Square; close to everywhere we wanted to go. There's also a lovely Italian restaurant connected to the hotel.

Ridgefield Park was my "hometown" in the 1940s-1950s. It was interesting to re-visit and note the changes.
Very simple town, much different than our California towns outside the L.A. metropolitan.
Property is off the beaten trail so I think this added to the “safe” aspect. Not much traffic through a business district on the weekend.
I bought an “i love New York”,didn’t receive that & gave us cash b/c they “forgot” to have it ready. We waited an hour to check in b/c our room was not clean, they “were booked out”, i had to pay for breakfast, even tho it was in my package
The front desk gentleman Felix was awesome!! He was polite, helpful and accommodating!! Awesome employee!!
