Staying at the Prado is like going to a Resort for rest, relaxation, and pampering. We had a King Suite that was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the complimentary Happy hour, dinner, and breakfast. It is our favorite hotel.

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Ms Diamond at the front desk. Such a pleasant person and due to our 3rd party reservation the room I had was not available so we were upgraded and it was fabulous! The breakfast and dinner hosts Dannian, Tanisha and William couldn't be more accommodating. Every staff member we met were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, dinner and top shelf cocktails really wowed us. My next visit I WILL stay there again and recommend others to as well. So worth the price. It was so nice after driving 12 hrs to have dinner there and a few cocktails and just exhale for the evening. Room was great and bed certainly comfortable. Thanks to all the staff in making our stay a welcoming one.
