"Very happy with the stay. We were there for a hockey tournament in Niagara. The property gave us lots of space for socializing together. The hot tub and pool were great. Ally even opened the pool early for us. Only thing that would have been better, there is a camera set up in the back yard, so was hard to feel totally comfortable as a private stay. Thanks for hosting us!"

"This is the cutest wee animal sanctuary. Place was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was immediate and excellent. It is a bit rustic, but for me, i was very happy. Highly recommend and if we come back to the area definitely staying here. Close to everything. Niagra falls, niagra on the lake, Weiland locks, tulip farm all within 20- 30 min."

"The location was good. Walking distance to the arcade, food trucks, convenience store, tennis courts, water park etc.. Beaches were nearby, and clean. However, the cottage was quite dirty. Past guests left food in the oven, chips in between bowls inside the cupboard, floors were sticky, tub drain had hair and slime, small pet hairs were on the mattresses and sofa, BBQ was dirty. "Property was great. Well equipped and in a perfect location in Crystal Beach. There was a great backyard and upper balcony to spend the earlt evening on."

"It looks good and it's secure. The place is well located inside the park and there are activities around to keep you busy. However; you have to read carefully the details of this place. You have to pay extra for the waterpark ($80 per day for two parents and two kids). And also bring basic stuff for your stay: oil cooking, plastic bags for your garbage, sugar for your coffee, etc."

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."

"Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...
