"Perfect stay, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities! We were pleasantly surprised that the stubai card was included! Made the stay even better. Pool was lovely with an equally lovely view. Apartment was clean. Only small detractor was no soap/shampoo however shops are nearby. Will be coming back! Thank you all"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. We would happily recommend this property and hope to return again!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
