For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Table tennis, patio, barbecue (swing). In the house: WiFi (all extra), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop " Ried i.Z. Zum Grian Bam" 270 m, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 5 km, bathing lake 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, skisport facilities 1.2 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. All rooms in stone pine!
