Good stay close to Metzingen

Nice hotel outside Metzingen. Big rooms, we had balcony and a air condition. Would stay again. Breakfast was fine for price.

This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff seem totally disinterested, provided no information about wifi, parking, breakfast or amenities. I tried to park in the garage and pressed button to access and nobody ever answered. Found out after that we were supposed to park at the school next door. Rooms were large, but bed was soft and uncomfortable with a single thin pillow and small duvet. And the cleaning lady just barged into my room at 7 AM without even a knock! This may have been a nice hotel when it opened 30 years ago, but has not been updated since. The staff seemed more interested in taking a lot of smoke breaks or lookjng after their pet dogs than actually helping customers. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel regularly for work. I normally don’t mind budget or value prices hotels but don’t pretend to be 4 star when you are not. This seems like a hotel that needs new management as there was not a single positive thing to say and I normally try to be balanced and find one good thing to say about a place. Avoid at all costs.

Schönes großes Hotel, Restaurant leider geschlosse

Aufenthalt war sehr schön und Personal super freundlich. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen, obwohl es ein so großes Hotel ist. Schade! So mussten wir mit dem Auto Alternativen suchen. Frühstück ist prima gewesen und lecker.

Am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit rutschiger Badewanne und hohem Rand. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Zum Outlett Metzingen sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.
