"De accommodatie was zoveel meer dan dat we ons ervan voorgesteld hadden. Een prachtig uitzicht op de oostzijde van de berg, konden we dagelijks vanaf onze balkons de zon op zien komen. Ondanks dat de accommodatie geen airconditioning had, was het 's avonds goed vol te houden door de koele buitenlucht.De keuken was compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien, de slaapkamers waren ruim en de douches/bad en toiletten werden netjes en schoon aangetroffen.Omdat dit de eerste keer was dat we zo'n accommodatie hebben gehuurd, was het voor ons even wennen, maar alle communicatie met de eigenaar liep uitstekend en snel.Ook over de prijs is niets op te merken. Omgerekend naar het aantal dagen en personen, betaal je ook nog eens minder dan dat we normaal bij hotels moeten betalen.Zeer aan te bevelen!!!"

"Das Chalet ist blitzsauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, verfügt auf dem sehr großzügigen 3/4 rundum-Balkon vorne zum Anfahrtsweg hin über ein Jakuzzi, hinter der Hütte zum Hang hin über eine robuste Sitzgruppe zum Grillen (urig-großzügige Holzbänke und Tisch aus Massivholz) mit Platz für den Grill. sowie eine Kinder-/Tierabsperrung, so dass diese nicht versehentlich dorthin gelangen können. Der Grund ist nicht umzäunt, aber das ist auch nicht erforderlich, da es auf ca. 1.600m nicht allzu viel Verkehr gibt. In direkter Umgebung gibt es einiges an Gastronomie, Hütten auf dem Weg zu den Gipfeln, Skigebiete mit (Sessel-)Liften und toller Aussicht ins Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Waschmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Skistiefeltrockner sowie im offenen Obergeschoss eine Sauna, Bad mit Regendusche und Massagedüsen und ein gasbetriebener schöner Kaminofen, der schnell wohlige Wärme spendet, runden das ganze Angebot ab. Besonder toll: Decken und Kissen sind ebenfalls gereinigt (Sofa), und der Vermieter steht jederzeit völlig unkompliziert für Fragen oder Anregungen zur Verfügung. Mein Cavalier King Charles Spaniel und ich haben die (leider viel zu kurze) Zeit sehr genommen und haben erst zuhause bemerkt, wie viel Erholungseffekt unser Aufenthalt dort tatsächlich hatte! Besser geht nicht. Ein herzliches Danke an Alfons und seine Frau und an Michaela und ihren Mann."

"We had a wonderful stay at Herbert's house in Haimburg. Communication (in English) was excellent and he provided some great recommendations and booked tennis in the village for us. The housekeepers Arnold and Gitte are on hand if anything is needed. The ground floor of the house and outdoor space are fantastic, particularly the pool area and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs is less modern, particularly the bathrooms and we really only used the ground floor and top floor showers. There is just one air-conditioning unit in the living area of the top floor and a couple of tower fans. We were blessed with incredible August weather (over 30 every day) very lucky but this did mean that the bedrooms, particularly the top floor, were very hot. We did a day-trip to Lake Bled and had a fantastic lunch followed by lake swimming in Klagunfurt - but mainly we made full use of the house in the sunshine. Thanks Herbert!"
