"Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."

I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "Non scrivo mai recensioni negative ma c'è sempre l'eccezzione.Manca un locale per la colazione che va fatta in camera prendendo le cose dal corridoio.3 notti senza rifare il letto e cambiare la biancheria,la terza notte i termosifoni erano spenti.Unica nota positiva il parcheggio,per il resto meglio evitarlo."
