Situated in a lovely garden on the edge of town the centre accessible by bus or foot.it was so quiet. Great location to explore the Harz mountains. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist idealer Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge (WeltWald, Fachwerkstädte und natürlich der Brocken). Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, kurz eingewiesen, und dann war von unserer Seite keine Rückfrage mehr offen. "

"My grown up son and I wanted to explore the Harz area. This is the ideal place to stay, we didn't want to be tied to a Hotel. Using this Apartment gave us flexibility to come and go. Just a word of Caution the Steps up to it are quite steep. "

"Pros: We enjoyed the well-furnished rooms, cleanliness, and beautiful landscape. We were also able to walk onto a hiking trail directly from the property which led us up into the hills. The surrounding area is perfect for long or short hikes. Cons: Everything was great!"

"A nice house with enough separate rooms for 20 guests. We could find the key easily and received a warm welcome with a message and bottle of wine. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. There is parking space for 3 cars, but please note that in that case one of the cars partially dismisses the grass play space. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Unfortunately we tought we could have a bbq in the garden or sit on the terrace in the evenings based on the advertisment, but once...

"The house was great; spaceous, very clean, well equipped and only 4 years old. Location was good. No wide view or something, but enough space to eat outside. City center is only a 10 minute walk. Supermarket a 5 minute walk. And you can hear the steamtrain multiple times a day! Great location for day trips by car. The Harz region has a lot to offer. Highly recommended! We had a wonderful holiday. Thanks a lot!"
