"The properly exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved our stay. The staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety in choice and the surrounding areas to the property had ample space and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s a short walk from and to the city centre. "

"We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Beautiful hotel right in the entrance to the city center (cannot get closer than this). Beautiful lobby, great reception staff, amazing restaurant and a varied and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff was phenomenal in helping us with our bags as well as parking and retrieving our car."

Crisp, clean linen

"Perfect location for day trips because it is a three minute walk to the train station, which is part of a mall with a big supermarket. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen. We would stay at Hotel Italia again. "
