"Beautiful unit on the shores of canal du midi. Good bedding, great kitchen, great location for multiple area visits. Quiet as can be. Wonderful walks on the side ofcthe canal. Just missed having English channels available but for sure Sam and James will correct. We were their first guests"

"We had a wonderful week staying in this property. The rooms are air conditoned with comfortable beds and a great shower. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is amazing, it is heated and like the property spotlessly clean. It makes an ideal base for touring the area whoch is rich in history. Thank you for your hospitality and welcome pack. "

"Excellent location. Short drives to many outdoor attractions and villages.House has good outside spaces and privacy. Well equiped . Would be good in shoulder season but for summer the house overheats badly because of the glazed stairwell and no shutters or shading to downstairs bedroom. Upper loft very uncomfortable. Air conditioning is a joke. Undersized portable unit in loft area only which is noisy and innefective. Felt house was not correctly advertised as we relied on some form of air con coming here in mid summer. Lots of mosquitos. Bring Raid plug in units with you and this works ok."

"We enjoyed our visit to Narbonne and the area. The gite was clean and tidy, but there was mis-communication between the owner and ourselves regarding a few items. Although VRBO state that the owner speaks English, this was not really the case. VRBO also stated in the literature that towels and bedding were included. They were not, and we had to pay extra. Even then, the towels were still not provided on our arrival. There were no tea towels, or oven gloves either. We thought that the equipment was quite basic, for the English market's expectations. The owner was on holiday when we arrived, and we did not get to meet her until halfway through our holiday, so we ended up buying the equipment which was missing. That said, the gite was in a lovely location and we enjoyed our visit to the area."
