"I think this is a very unique hotel and historic. The corridors are very wide with antiques. I'm a big fan of Teddy Roosevelt so all the artifacts are very cool. The bar in the courtyard is very cool and I like the entertainment. The things that I believe would make a huge difference in the hotel are: - central air conditioning, get rid of the window AC units - exhaust in the guest room toilets"

"I stayed 2 nights. Travelled with family. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Close to I-70, restaurants, Walmart. Room was clean. Small gym but was sufficient. Pool and hot tub were small but was clean and maintained. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was standard. From check-in to check-put, my stay was positive."

"First thing I noticed was the dirty elevator while going up to our room. When exiting the elevator to the 4th floor a strong odor of feces hits you. The room was ok but everytime you flush the toilet you could hear bubbling noises in the sink and a strong odor of feces came after. We were charged a $50 “damage fee” and the staff said we would get it back after checking out as long as there were not damages to the room. We did not damage the room in any way and they kept our $50."
