Nice place, parking sucked, room was average

AC did not work in room. Parking is a 6 minute walk away in an unsecured lot. It was dumping rain when we arrived late at night with our bags so having to run through the streets was a less than ideal.

Outdated room and interior and not the vintage outdated type. The dirty carpet and bad shower type. The type that your clothes start stinking of fried food while you have breakfast. Definitely not a five star hotel. Even worse the service was terrible. We were placed in a room and next morning we were told we need to move to another room. We refused to move and the manager said he would call the police. We told him we would be happy to talk to the police. At that point he called someone and the problem was resolved.

Every time we visit this beautiful town we always stay in this hotel. It’s Very clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Staff as always most accommodating ! don’t forget to spend the evening in there restaurant for the dinner , Food and service is wonderful!
