Great location. I stayed in 5th floor and I could see the Riga Cathedral from the windows. It takes 3 minutes to walk to there. All major attractions are in minimum walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are friendly and breakfast buffet is great. I went up to the tower of St. Peter Church twice to see the whole Riga which looks magical with all snow covered roofs. I definitely come back and stay in the hotel again.
