Very friendly staff. Very clean! The rooms need renovation, especially bathrooms. If your room looking to the street, it is very noisy. Location is good, close to main train station 20 min walk.
Basic hotel room, perfect for weekend trip. Staff in the reception are very helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to main attraction or city centre.
The experience was great to us. In the city center, very convenient restaurants, parks. The rooms were clean, and spacious for this price. Check-in/Check-out was easy.

No issues for the price, rooms were big and beds were comfy
The place is calm and has interesting atmosphere. The room offers good quality for its price and has central location. It is easy to reach the old town on foot.

Stag trip to Riga
Hotel was clean but basic based on price paid it was good value for money
It was fine, comfy bed, nice size bedroom & bathroom but a bit noisy at night time when facing the street. Nice relatively well located (note plenty of scooters around to get you where you want to go) nice close supermarkets.
The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The public areas are a little bit scruffy, but nothing too bad. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations, and I was not informed prior to arrival.

The property, despite showing it's age internally, was still busy, and met my requirements for walking/travel around Riga. Couple of supermarkets, along with tram/bus stops in close proximity. Quiet lounge/bar on premises.
Town Centre comprising 2 large shopping centres/Railway Station and bus links, along with a choice of fast food outlets around 20 minutes away - slightly longer to the many historical sights.
The hotel was quiet, clean and within walking distance of the center. The only thing we missed was breakfast, which was not available during our visit. There was indeed a refrigerator in the room and we went to buy a kettle, so morning coffee was secured.
We stayed in a family room which was great because of the separate rooms. Both rooms have a TV, refrigerator, mirrors, tables, etc.
Interior of property felt slightly tired although location was excellent and rooms were clean, and even despite being next to a busy road, it wasn’t loud in the room.

It is what you pay the price for. Personnel wasn't really friendly, rooms were basic. Location was pretty good. Would recommend if you're on a budget & don't need much luxury.
The beds' mattresses supports were collapsing if you sat in corner of the bed. The mattresses themselves are terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. The doors were closing only when you locked with the key.
Yes there were shops nearby the accessibility was good but the room was pretty old condition and flush was not working. The heater was very weak and didn't provide heating
