"Stay was good"

"The house was beautiful and clean. We didn’t realize that this house is a lakefront property. That was a bonus. Probably the only negative would be the beds. Unfortunately the mattresses on all of the beds would almost like a bit of foam on plywood. Not good at all. But honestly that was the only negative."

This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

"This house was just as advertised. A group of five of us stayed here for a wedding in Tecumseh. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen and large living space to share. The host was helpful and flexible with our party. Close enough to walk to downtown Tecumseh and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a weekend stay."

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

The check-in process was easy and the host was quick to respond to our needs, including supplying us with extra items (dishes & towels). We also appreciated other things provided that we would need (paper towels, tissues, utensils, soap, pots, dishes, silverware, etc) Upon entering the home, it looked very homey, nicely decorated and we loved the fireplace! "We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. "The 4 of us had a fantastic stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was great with everything you need close by, and parking was easy especially since the driveway was recently paved. We were lucky to find the home available and were super happy with our stay. Communication was also really great! Would recommend!!"
