"Daytime receptionist was so lovely. Early check in was not possible but was grateful that hotel agreed to hold our luggage until our room was ready. They even moved our luggage into our room ahead of us coming back from lunch in the city. We ended up coming back to check in around 6:30PM, and headed out shortly after. Room was very small. Grateful that there was a mini fridge. Minimal circulation in bathroom. Shower could only be used as a handheld. Ahead of heading out on our first night, I forgot to talk to the new receptionist about an issue with my sheets that I noticed so I decided to discuss it with him after returning from dinner. Long story short, evening receptionist was rude. I asked for new sheets because I saw a stain on the sheets I had. I didn't even ask for housekeeping to change my sheets, I just wanted new sheets so I could change them myself. He yelled at me that it was impossible that there was a stain and I basically had to fight for a new part of sheets. After he brought the sheets he snarkly said "I hope these don't have a stain on them". Was very surprised on this change in attitude because when first meeting him ahead of dinner, he was very friendly. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de Roubaix. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and full of quirky character and design touches that made it feel uniquely Parisian. I also loved learning that it is a family-run hotel, which really comes through in the warm, personal atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great assortment of options each morning. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They always greeted me warmly and checked in to make sure everything was going well whenever I came or left the hotel. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made relaxing after long days exploring Paris even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again. "

Paris before and did not have this good of service so I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Location was great and rooms were beautiful and well stocked. Loved that there was water provided at turn down. The restaurant was also excellent! Could not recommend this property more!"

"We were very please with our stay at the Hyatt. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and we really enjoy having a glass of champagne and food at the Windo Sky bar on the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was a little gem. A really lovely apartment. I loved all the greenery and waking up to bird song. Really good location. It had everything we needed. We had a leak after some very heavy rain and the reception staff were there within 15 minutes of me emailing them and tidied. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is very eco friendly, and uses a lot of tech. The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and was quite tasty. It's close to Gare de Lyon and many metro/RER/bus lines although it is within a short walking distance to Bastille."
