You do have to pay for parking on site which it doesn’t say on line but there is plenty of free parking in the area. Breakfast is not included but well worth the price "

"OK but rooms very hot and next to very busy road. Gym was very poor with very old equipment and only a few items. Restaurant was ok but nothing special. Reception and restaurant staff friendly. Not sure why I could have gluten free bread at breakfast but not at dinner one of few hotels you put an ironing board in my room when requested when I booked."
